Daniel established Song Law Office in 2015. He has mainly practiced a commercial financing (on behalf of chartered banks, credit unions and private lenders) and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has a significant corporate and commercial practice in which he advises clients on corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, acquisitions, commercial leasing, and an array of contractual matters. In his wills and estates practice, he advises individuals on estate planning and estate administration matters. Dylan Wee is an articling student at Song Law Office. He is a hard-working individual that has legal work experience, including being a Legislative Analyst with the Government of Alberta. He also has legal volunteer experience, as he volunteered with Student Legal Assistance at the University of Calgary and was Co-Editor-in-Chief for the Alberta Law Review.
He is gaining experience in a variety of legal areas, including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Law. He enjoys helping clients by providing them with excellent legal service and resolving their legal issues that arise.
Outside of work, you can find him on a bike trail, working out at the gym, or hiking in the mountains with a camera in hand. Originally from Edmonton, he is loyal to the Edmonton Oilers.
